Conveyers

SCRAW CONVEYER
Screw conveyors comprise of a screw which is operated within a semi-enclosed trough and driven by an electric motor located at the discharge point of the conveyor.
Solid materials enter the system through the hopper, and they are conveyed from the inlet hopper to the outlet chute by the screw as it is rotated.
At the end, the conveyed materials are discharged from the system.
BELT CONVEYER
Belt conveyors are the equipment which are mainly composed of two endpoint drums and a conveyor belt. The drum that drives the rotating conveyor belt is drive drum, and the other one is tension drum that provides an efficient operation by tensioning the belt.
The conveyor belt moves around the drive drum and tension drum, and it is supported by many idlers. During operation, drive drum is driven by the motor through reducer, and the conveyor belt moves based on the force of friction between conveyor belt and drive drum. In this manner, the conveying materials are delivered to the discharge point.
The conveying materials are protected from falling off by means of side closings.
